**changes**
01) added 9 JBs: an additional variant of MLP Scuffed Writer from March, two Thesis Defense JBs, four variants of Terry Pratchett JB, two Schizo JB
02) everything in table now
	**I didn't touch external JBs because I don't care about them**
03) imported all JBs into ST 1.11.6, saved, and then exported back - to ensure uniform parameters. it removed non-working parameters such as `exclude_assistant: false` and `claude_exclude_prefixes: false`. with the previous state of things, it would have been possible for anon to load preset in 1.11.5, set `exclude_assistant: true` then update to 1.11.6 and this value still would be set as `true` with no options to change. I don't know whether it caused any real issues, but I managed to bork one preset which I had since 1.6.2 and been updating, so don't want to take extra chances. another thing - in older version of ST (from which presets were exported) some templates were not available which led to compatibility issues, in one preset Persona template was off by default which may confuse new users

08) threw everything into one ZIP archive for download
09) set `chat_completion_source: Claude` as default (one JB had GPT as default)
10) set `claude_model: claude-3-sonnet-20240229` as default everywhere - it is pur current meta. (many JBs were set to Claude 2.0, 2 and 2.1 which could cause issues/confusion/filtering. anons who want those models do know how to toggle them on)
11) set `openai_model: gpt-4-turbo-preview` - if anons use presets for GPT, it is the current meta for OpenAI (most JB were set to Turbo 3.5)
12) set `frequency_penalty: 0.07` everywhere (from default 0.7) - for anons using presets for GPT. (this helps avoid schizo issues with token probabilities)
13) set `show_external_models: true` in case users use preset for GPT
14) set `temperature: 0.95` and `top_p: 0.95` as default except where presets already had different values. main goal is to avoid noise that AI may generate and which might confuse anons. it will not affect general quality but will filter some odd tokens (like those japanese symbols)
15) set `openai_max_context: 20000` and `openai_max_tokens: 1000`. I think 1000 tokens for generation is the new norm, but for context I would rather limit to 20000 to prevent bloat/hog on proxies; once new anons get more comfortable, they can increase the context. most JBs were set to 18,000 by default, two were at 22,000 and only one was at 40,000
16) set `max_context_unlocked: true`. without this the max context would have been soft limited to 4k - this issue was present in some JBs
17) removed trailing whitespaces from Prefill, because Claude 3 doesn't allow space at the end of Prefill. this will avoid confusion
18) removed trailing `Assistant:` in one preset that was used before ST got Prefill option
19) set `stream_openai: true`, streaming was off on two JBs
