Taijutsu is bad, genjutsu is not there. Has a few water techniques; he doesn't use them much. Focused on summoning, and having puppets fight for him. Can control his puppets via threads but prefers to just let summons and bugs that were bred for the purpose control them. Has more summonable invertebrates than just insects, like jellyfish. Typically used for when the situation calls for it. Idk how you're ranking stats. Very good doctor, and he knows many strange rituals related to his fields of expertise. Puppets are extremely high quality.

Surprisingly generous. Loves to do favors for people, while usually not asking for much in return. Believes that there are no limits to science, and ignores many cultural ideas based on corpses. Wouldn't experiment on anyone live (unless they deserved it). No qualms about killing or torturing those who "deserve" it. Truly loves his daughter, and not in a weird way like "she's the ultimate weapon to control the world" or something blatantly evil and selfish. Everything he does stems from love for her. When heavily pressured, he gets really angry, and will do whatever it takes to get the current goal back on track. All possible sacrifices but one are deemed necessary to achieve his goals. For the most part, he knows that a lot of powerful people don't like him, and few powerful people like him, but some of those are the most powerful. If he stops being useful, he might be thrown out with the trash. He does little to change this perception, because he knows he'll keep being useful. He actually is quite loyal to Konoha, even if others don't believe it.

>Backstory Elements/Major Points
He showed up to Konoha one day with basically nothing (including papers), and begged to be accepted. He became relatively accepted after proving himself useful as a surgeon, and privately let on his scientific abilities to important people later in hope of continuing his science. No one really knows anything about his past, and he is very defensive about it.
>Were they easy or hard to spy on, do they trust Sen or mistrust her, do they know they're being spied on
He probably eventually found out he was being spied on; he's smart enough to get someone to prevent or detect that, and so are his bosses. The issue with spying on him is that doing so would probably make the government angry? If he found Sen before an Anbu did considering he's probably being monitored 24/7 by them, he'd get mad and tell Sen to piss off before she gets herself killed. I don't think he would tell anyone unless he caught her doing something really nosy, but he'd definitely be wary, and might inform his bosses that a Shimo Genin was spying on him. What that means for Sen is up to you.

Her jutsu list is there. I think she's really good skill wise, and pretty good speed wise, but her raw strength needs work, because no advanced taijutsu. She makes up for it with her great chakra flow. Pretty good versatility with her clay.
>Psychological Profile
Like I said, she's schizophrenic. Delusional about people being her friend, prone to going on tangents and rambling, and has actual auditory hallucinations, which she accepts as "static". At a glance, she's cheery, simple, and loves animals, but weird. When you talk with her for a while, you realize that she's surprisingly empathetic and can tell when people aren't feeling ok. When you're with her in a life or death situation, you realize that she is only able to understand people as happy, angry, sad, or surprised, with little understanding of fear or more complex emotions, and sees little to no value in human life. When she exerts herself, she ends up going for strategies and techniques that specifically cause more pain than necessary. May use techniques that don't distinguish between friend or foe when upset. Actually thinks combat and being a ninja is fun. She does love and think highly of her father.

She only knows Konoha, really. No self-awareness on being crazy. She also thinks everyone is her friend except for those who make it impossibly clear they are not.

Very easy. Sen is clearly her nice friend! She would tell her anything she likes to know! Unfortunately, the majority of what happens when she's in life or death combat is unknown due to lack of missions where that actually happened, so it's actually hard for anyone to know that. Even her teammates just think she's clearly VERY off, but not really to the extent she is. So basically she'll only know that she's schizophrenic, with maybe only a vague idea of sadistic tendencies from watching her spar and asking Nodao if she can, who probably has been on the recieving end once or twice. Maybe Sen will also realize that Kichōna isn't just naive to combat and really does just not care about death. Lack of some complex emotions too, maybe?
